Effective 22nd of November, 2013 Devorex is registered as a new type of business entity. The company organization has been restructured from a company with limited liability (Ltd.) to a public limited company (PLC).This step is part of the previously adopted strategic, restructuring plan, which has started with the acquisition of Devorex, earlier this year, by the Polish industrial group Lentex SA. Currently Devorex is managed by Mr. Dariusz Szlezak in the capacity of Executive Director.Sole shareholder of Devorex remains the Polish company Gamrat SA.<\/p>\n
